Terms for Custom-Made Products

The product is manufactured to order according to the parameters selected by you on the website (dimensions, material, carpet color).

Payment Options and сроки

1. Full payment (100%)
— production and shipping within 7 days from the moment of payment

2. Partial payment (prepayment)
— production starts after receiving the prepayment and takes up to 7 days
— after production, we will send you an invoice for the remaining amount
— the order is shipped after full payment

Returns and Cancellation

Please note that the product is made individually according to your selected parameters. Therefore, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with Võlaõigusseadus § 53(4)(2) and (3).

If the order is cancelled after production has started, the seller may retain an amount corresponding to the work already completed and costs incurred.

Quality

Minor differences in material shade and texture are natural and are not considered defects.
If the product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the ordered parameters, please contact us — we will definitely find a solution.
