Returns & Refunds

1. Right of withdrawal

1.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the goods within 14 calendar days of receiving the parcel.
1.2. To request a return, send an e-mail to info@mikimiki.ee including the order number and contact details.
1.3. Returned goods must be unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

2. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

custom-made products (non-standard height, colour, etc.);
products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.

3. Return shipping costs

3.1. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or seller’s error.

4. Refunds

4.1. Refunds are made using the same payment method within 14 days after the returned goods are received.
4.2. If the product shows signs of use or missing parts, the seller may withhold a proportionate amount.
