1. Right of withdrawal

1.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the goods within 14 calendar days of receiving the parcel.

1.2. To arrange a return, please complete the withdrawal form from the contract.

Send the completed document to info@mikimiki.ee, indicating your order number and contact details.

1.3. Returned goods must be unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

2. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

— custom-made products (non-standard height, colour, etc.);

— products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the packaging has been opened.

3. Return shipping costs

3.1. When exercising the 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract, the customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The seller shall cover the return costs only in the event of a manufacturing defect, non-conformity of the goods with the contract, or an error on the part of the seller.

4. Refunds

4.1. Refunds are made using the same payment method within 14 days after the returned goods are received.
4.2. If the product shows signs of use or missing parts, the seller may withhold a proportionate amount.
