Terms of Sale
1. General provisions
1.1. These terms regulate the purchase of products from the online store mikimiki.ee, operated by Catland OÜ (Reg. code 16712345, address Tulika 19, Tallinn, Estonia, e-mail info@mikimiki.ee).
1.2. These terms apply to all orders placed through mikimiki.ee.
1.3. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
2. Placing an order
2.1. Orders are placed via the online shopping cart.
2.2. After completing an order, the customer receives an e-mail confirmation.
2.3. The sales contract becomes valid once payment has been confirmed.
3. Price and payment
3.1. All prices are in euros (€). The company is not VAT-registered, therefore no VAT is added to the prices. All prices are final.
3.2. Payment is made via EveryPay, which ensures a secure connection to banks and card systems (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
3.3. The seller does not store or have access to customers’ card details.
3.4. The price valid at the time of order remains effective until the purchase is completed.
4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery is available within Estonia and across the European Union.
4.2. Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed during checkout.
4.3. After dispatch, a tracking number is sent to the customer.
4.4. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier or postal services.
5. Right of withdrawal
5.1. The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it.
5.2. Returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
5.3. Custom-made products (e.g. non-standard sizes or colours) cannot be returned.
5.4. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product is defective or sent in error.
5.5. Refunds are made using the same payment method within 14 days after the returned goods are received.
6. Warranty and liability
6.1. All products are manufactured by Catland OÜ and undergo quality control.
6.2. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects only.
6.3. The seller is not liable for damage caused by improper installation or use.
7. Dispute resolution
7.1. Disputes are resolved primarily through negotiation.
7.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the customer may contact:
