Delivery Information

We ship our products across Estonia, Europe, and also outside the EU.

All orders are dispatched from Tallinn, directly from our own warehouse (Catland OÜ).

Delivery options

1. Omniva courier service
We use Omniva, a reliable postal and courier company delivering orders both within Estonia and internationally.
Shipping cost is calculated automatically during checkout based on weight and destination country.

Estimated delivery times:

Estonia: usually 1–5 business days;
Europe: usually 5–10 business days;
Other countries: approximately 10–21 days.

Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive an Omniva tracking number, which can be tracked at omniva.ee.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Local pickup

You can also pick up your order in person:
Tallinn, J. Kunderi 37 (Loomakliinik Miki)
We’ll notify you by e-mail when your order is ready for pickup.

Order preparation

Each product is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure everything is complete and in perfect condition.
Cat trees and climbing complexes are shipped partially disassembled when necessary for safe transport.

We care about the environment and avoid unnecessary paper use.

If the parcel is damaged

If you notice damage to the packaging or the product:

Take photos of the box and the damage;
Send them to info@mikimiki.ee within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

We’ll offer a replacement or refund and handle the Omniva claim ourselves.
There are no extra costs for you.

Large items

Some large products, such as the cat exercise wheel,
are not shipped to all European countries due to their size and transport specifics.
These items are available for delivery within Estonia, as well as to the Baltic countries (Latvia, Lithuania) and Finland,
or for pickup in Tallinn.

We do our best to make sure every parcel arrives quickly and safely.
