How it works

2. We review your application and make a decision
3. If approved, we send you the contract for electronic signature
4. After signing the contract, you pay the first instalment
5. We ship the product after receiving the first payment. Cat running wheels are made to order. Production and shipping take 7 days after the first payment is received
6. The remaining amount is paid in two further instalments

Important

• Each application is reviewed individually
• After submission, we verify the details and inform you of our decision
• If approved, you will receive the contract for signature
• Order processing begins after the contract is signed and the first payment is received

Returns and withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the goods in accordance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (VÕS § 56).

This right applies to all products except cat running wheels, which are made to order.

Cat running wheels are manufactured according to the customer’s individual specifications. In accordance with VÕS § 53 (4) (3), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to such products.

If the running wheel has a manufacturing defect or does not comply with the contract, the customer has the right to contact the seller to resolve the issue.

For all other products, the following return conditions apply:
• the product must be returned in its original condition
• return shipping costs are borne by the customer
• after receiving the returned product, the refund is issued within 14 days
